Unused, unopened merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund to the original form of payment. Items returned within 30 days may be exchanged or returned for store credit.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

- Exclusive or made-to-order canvases
- Cut fibers or threads
- Finishing services
- Gift cards
Online Orders
Online returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
